Why I Love Mornings ☀️

There’s something sacred about the early morning hours—before the noise, before the demands, before the world wakes up and starts pulling. It’s peaceful. It’s still. It’s holy ground for me.
Mornings are when I sit with my coffee ☕, my Bible 📖, and my gratitude.
Another day to serve Him.Another day to love my family.Another day to pour into my community.
Jesus Himself modeled this rhythm:
“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where He prayed.” (Mark 1:35)
Honestly—that’s enough precedent for me.
As an Overcomer in Him, mornings are where I set my mindset before the world tries to set it for me. I choose, intentionally:“This is the day the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)
There’s also wisdom—both biblical and evidence-based—in this rhythm:
• Waking earlier supports emotional regulation and lower stress
• Gratitude practices are linked to improved mental health and resilience
• Morning movement boosts mood, energy, and focus
• Hydration and green detox drinks support digestion and cellular health
• Quiet spiritual practices calm the nervous system and increase clarity
My morning flow is simple and life-giving:
🥬 A green detox drink
🚶♀️ Gentle movement or a walk
☕ A hot cup of coffee or tea
🙏 Time alone with the Lord
This is where I detox negative energy, clear my mind, and let God fill my cup—so I can pour into others with a pure heart and oil in my lamp.
I don’t wake up early out of pressure.I wake up early out of purpose.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or spiritually dry, consider this an invitation—not a rule—to meet God before the world meets you.
Peace changes everything.Gratitude shifts perspective. And time with Him always produces fruit.
Overcomers don’t rush into the day empty—we rise filled. 💕✨
