Sometimes the hardest part of narcissistic abuse isn't the accusation itself—it's realizing you've spent years defending yourself against things you never did.
You explain.
You prove.
You apologize for things that weren't yours.
You walk on eggshells trying to avoid the next accusation.
But here's the truth: You were never meant to spend your life on trial in your own home.
God knows the truth. He sees what others don't. And healing begins when you stop trying to convince someone committed to misunderstanding you—and start rebuilding your life on the truth of who God says you are.
You don't have to keep proving your innocence to someone determined to make you guilty.
You are allowed to step out of the courtroom.
You are allowed to choose peace.
You are allowed to heal.
